About This Product
This Bare Knuckle Performance rear axle kit replaces OEM 41552-73 and fits 1973–1984 four-speed FX and 1973–1982 four-speed FL models. CNC-machined from 17-4 series polished stainless steel visible in that mirror-like finish, it delivers chromoly-grade tensile strength with superior corrosion resistance. The shaft is ball-burnished for a hard-wearing bearing surface and features a drilled mounting ear at one end and precision threads at the other. The kit includes a 12-point stainless nut, washer, e-ring, plus anti-seize compound and instructions. It will not bend under torque loads and stands up to road grime far better than stock. Sold as a complete kit.
