About This Product
These 11-inch 444 series shocks are a great way to lower your ride height while actually improving performance. Finished in black and sold as a pair, these Heavy Duty shocks are built for 1982 to 1994 FXR models and 1973 to 2003 Sportsters. Because they are Heavy Duty, they are best suited for riders who frequently carry a passenger or heavy gear, preventing the harsh bottoming out often associated with shorter shocks. They utilize Frequency Sensing Technology to dynamically adjust damping to the road surface. Preload is easily adjusted by hand via the threaded top mounts. It is a high-performance solution for those who want a slammed look without the typical slammed-ride quality.
