Gardner-Westcott 1/4-20 x 2 1/2 inch Allenhead set screw in plain steel. Coarse thread. The headless design lets it sit below the surface to secure rotating parts or mechanical linkages inside engine and transmission cases. Use it for custom fabrication or rebuilds where a recessed fastener is needed. Two and a half inch gives you plenty of engagement; check your bore depth and torque spec before fitting. Sold in packs of 5.
