Gardner-Westcott 5/16-18 x 1 1/4 inch Allenhead set screw in plain steel. Thread pitch is 18 tpi. Use it to lock pulleys, gears, and shafts where the head must sit below the surface. Plain steel gives the strength but will rust if left bare in the weather. Check the socket is seated square before you lean on it. Sold in packs of 25.
