Harley-Davidson right-hand spring collar, part 48708-09. Fits XL1200CX Roadster 2016-2017 and 2018-2020, VRSCDX Night Rod Special 2012-2017, and VRSCF V-Rod Muscle 2009-2017. Made in Japan. Check the damper tube for wear where the collar seats. Do not fit a worn collar to new springs. A loose collar will rattle and wear the tube further.
