This comprehensive mounting kit from Samwel is designed for installing a hydraulic Springer shock absorber on early OEM-style front ends. The kit is finished in a traditional black parkerized coating, making it ideal for period-correct restorations. It is compatible with the Monroe-style hydraulic shock absorbers, such as OEM 54200-45. This kit, sold as a set, includes everything needed for a full installation: bushings, upper and lower studs, various specialized washers, a lower stud shoulder bolt, a horn wire clip, and all necessary nuts and lock washers. It fits 1936 to 1952 Springer models equipped with hydraulic shocks. It naturally incorporates components corresponding to OEM numbers 54216-45, 54219-45, 54220-45, 54227-45, 54226-45, 54224-45, and 4703-38A.
