About This Product
MCS 12-inch open-spring shock absorbers in chrome. These fit 1973 to 1986 4-speed FL, FX, and FXWG models, excluding Softail. They measure 12 inches eye to eye, which is standard length for these frames. Sold as a pair. They replace OEM 54509-73A and 506995. The exposed springs give a mechanical look. Check your mounting hardware and bushings before fitting. Torque the fasteners to spec. Clean the threads before installation.
