About This Product
MCS replacement fork boots for 1954–1970 KH and Sportster models are sold as a pair and replicate the original OEM style rubber gaiters that protect the lower fork legs from road debris and moisture. Made from durable black rubber, each boot measures approximately 9.1 cm in length when extended, compressing to 6.1 cm, with a 39 mm inner diameter at the base and 46 mm at the top. These direct-fit gaiters correspond to OEM reference 46001-54. On pre-1970 Sportsters, note that the wider end should face upward during installation to ensure a correct, weather-tight seal. An essential part of any fork service or restoration.
