When a standard bushing will not provide the tight fit you need during a crankcase rebuild, this oversized pinion shaft bushing from MCS is the answer. It features a +.002" oversized outer diameter to compensate for wear in the crankcase housing. Made from durable steel, it is designed for 1939 to 1973 45" Flathead models. This bushing is a reliable replacement for OEM part number 24586-39. Getting the pinion shaft alignment and clearance exactly right is critical for a smooth-running motor, and this oversized option allows you to achieve a professional-grade fit on older cases.
