About This Product
Rick's Motorcycles offers this short side-mount license plate kit to give your V-Rod a much more aggressive, custom appearance. This version is sized for German license plates at 18x20 cm and is made from stainless steel with a high-quality gloss black powder coat finish. It is designed to fit 2002 to 2017 VRSC V-Rod models. The kit includes the bracket itself, an adjustable base plate, an LED plate light, and the necessary hardware for a clean installation. You can choose to mount your plate using screws or adhesive depending on your preference. Like many custom side-mount options, this kit is supplied without technical approval, but it provides a significant aesthetic upgrade over the stock rear fender setup.
