About This Product
When you have a leak at the shifter shaft, it is usually time to replace the seal before it ruins your primary or transmission oil levels. This S&S shifter shaft oil seal features a metal outside diameter for a secure, press-fit installation. It is a direct replacement for OEM 21045 and is designed to fit 1980 to 2006 5-speed Big Twin models, excluding the 2006 Dyna, as well as S&S 5-speed transmissions. For a professional install, we recommend using a dedicated seal installation tool to ensure it sits square in the bore. This high-quality seal is built to withstand the constant movement of the shifter shaft while keeping your transmission fluid where it belongs.
