About This Product
This MCS retaining ring fits the swingarm pivot bolt on 2014 to 2022 XL Sportster models. It replaces OEM part number 12200047. The ring sits in the groove to lock the pivot hardware in place. Inspect the old ring for distortion or fatigue before you remove it. Never reuse a bent or weakened snap ring. Fit a new one every time you pull the pivot bolt.
