Barnett derby cover spacer plate. You need this when fitting a Barnett 571028 Scorpion clutch inside the narrow primary on 2015 FLHTCUL and FLHTKL, and all 2016 to 2017 FL Touring with the OEM narrow primary cover. It gives the derby cover the clearance it needs so it does not foul the clutch hub. It keeps the factory primary tinware in place.
