This BDL rear pulley kit is engineered for use with Belt Drives Ltd. 2-inch 500 series drive systems. It provides a perfect fit for 1970 to 1978 Shovelhead models as well as 1990 to 2006 5-speed Softail models. The pulley is designed to work seamlessly with BDL’s 8mm pitch belts, ensuring smooth operation and efficient power delivery to the transmission. As part of a high-performance open primary setup, this rear pulley is built to withstand the torque of a Big Twin while maintaining the clean, custom look BDL is known for. It is an essential component for maintaining or upgrading your 2-inch belt drive system.
