About This Product
These Kibblewhite custom valve stem seals are a professional-grade choice for any Harley engine builder. Made from solid PTFE, they feature a metal band and a choker spring to maintain a positive seal against the guide. This set is designed for 3/8-inch valve stems and 0.500-inch diameter valve guides, with a total length of 0.507 inches. Because PTFE does not stretch like rubber, it is important to have a decent chamfer on the guide top and valve stem. We recommend using a mylar installation protector to slide the seal over the stem safely. Avoid pushing on the very top of the seal during installation to prevent collapsing the sealing area. These are sold as a set of eight, perfect for a full head refresh.
