About This Product
When you are building a custom top end, these Kibblewhite PTFE valve guide seals offer the heat resistance and durability required for high-performance Harley engines. These seals are constructed from solid PTFE and include a metal band and choker spring for a secure fit. They are designed for an 11/32-inch valve stem and a 0.500-inch valve guide diameter, with an outside diameter of 0.596 inches. Installation requires a bit more care than standard Viton seals; you should use an installation capsule to protect the seal from the valve stem grooves and roll the seal into place to avoid tearing the material. These high-quality components are suitable for a wide range of custom applications and are sold as a set of eight to cover a complete engine build.
