Kibblewhite Precision Machining is the gold standard for top-end components, and these solid PTFE valve guide seals are no exception. Designed for custom applications, these seals feature a metal band and a choker spring to ensure a tight, reliable fit. This specific set is sized for a 5/16-inch valve stem and a 0.530-inch valve guide diameter, with an overall length of 0.506 inches. Because PTFE is a stiffer material, you will want to ensure your guide and stem have a proper chamfer before installation. We recommend rolling the seal onto the valve tip with downward pressure rather than pushing directly on the top to avoid collapsing the sealing area. A 12mm socket usually works well to catch the shoulder during the press. These are sold as a set of eight.
