These Paughco 40-inch chrome drag pipes are a classic choice for 1966 to 1969 Early Shovelhead models. They feature a standard 1 3/4-inch diameter with slash-cut ends and come without baffles for that raw, unfiltered sound. This set uses the traditional S-pipe design, where the front header is a two-piece assembly that has been partially flattened to fit between the generator and the frame tube, providing much-needed ground clearance for right-hand turns. They are compatible with both swingarm and rigid frames but are strictly for kickstart-only applications and will not clear the large FL-style battery. Sold as a set, these pipes also serve as an excellent foundation if you decide to mount custom mufflers later on. Note that rear heatshield 902806 is recommended but sold separately.
