About This Product
This Colony conversion kit is a smart upgrade for vintage 74-cubic-inch Knucklehead and Panhead engines. It allows you to replace the older, often troublesome 1940 to 1954 plumber-style intake manifold with the much more reliable O-ring sealing system used from 1955 to 1965. The kit is comprehensive, including a new manifold, two conversion nipples, cylinder head seals, rivets, and four carburetor mount screws. By moving to the O-ring system, you significantly reduce the risk of intake leaks, which is essential for maintaining proper tuning and performance on these classic machines. It fits 1940 to 1947 Knuckleheads and 1948 to 1954 Panheads and is sold as a complete kit.
