These 38-inch chrome shorty pipes from Paughco provide a classic look for 1970 to 1984 FLH Shovelhead models. Sold as a set, this system is compatible with both electric start and kickstart applications. The design routes the rear pipe under the transmission, which results in a very clean look but does reduce ground clearance slightly in right-hand turns. To ensure a proper fit, the right-side floorboard must be moved, and Paughco includes the necessary 506654 floorboard bracket and 506652 mounting bracket in the kit. The pipes feature slider channels for easy installation. For heat protection, you can add front shield 902658 and rear shield 903476, which are available separately. This is a well-engineered system for riders who want a traditional shorty profile on their FLH.
