75500 Combustion leak detector tool

The Lisle combustion leak detector is a diagnostic tool used to identify cracked blocks, warped heads, or blown head gaskets in water-cooled engines. By connecting the detector to a vacuum line and placing the tapered end into the radiator opening, the tool draws radiator vapors through a specialized detection fluid. If exhaust gases are present, the fluid changes color from blue to yellow, providing a clear indication of a leak. This tool is essential for diagnosing complex cooling system issues on liquid-cooled Harley-Davidson models. Replacement detection fluid is available separately under part number 530854.
