Feuling hydraulic tensioner conversion kit for 1999 to 2001 Twin Cam Harley-Davidson engines with cam position sensor and stock splined camshafts. Enables installation of 2006 to 2017 style hydraulic chain tensioners using Feuling OE+ (707401), HP+ (566085), or Race Series (707396) conversion cam plates. Includes inner and outer chains, sprockets, outer hydraulic tensioner, and more. Not compatible with keyway camshafts. For 1999 to 2000 carbureted and 2001 FLT engines only.
