About This Product
Colony pushrod cover seal kit for 1936 to 1947 Knucklehead and 1957 to early 1979 XL Sportster models. These rubber seals replace the original cork style. Cork dries out and weeps oil; rubber seals properly and lasts. Check the pushrod tubes for pitting or scores before fitting. Sold as a set. Fit them during any top-end job to keep oil off the barrels and rocker boxes.
Manufacturer part number: 8729-12.
