About This Product
The Motogadget tachometer sensor gives an RPM signal to a digital tachometer when there is no coil to tap into. It clamps onto a suppression core spark plug wire with the supplied cable ties and reads the ignition current spike. It suits Harley-Davidson models running CDI or magneto ignition. Motogadget recommends it for their digital stepper motor driven tachometers. You must run interference suppression spark plugs or caps with it. It is not waterproof, so place it carefully.
