MCS transmission mainshaft replaces OEM 35046-67. It fits 1967 to 1970 XLH and 1970 XLCH Ironheads. The shaft is machined to factory tolerances for proper gear engagement. A worn or damaged mainshaft leads to serious transmission failure. Fit this during a rebuild.
