Complete cam and gear shaft bushing kit for 1954 to 1957 Panhead Big Twin models. Supplies all parts to set the cam up correctly: 3x gear cover bushing pins (275), 1x cam gear thrust washer (25550-36), 1x crankcase cover gear bushing (25581-36), 1x crankcase cover pinion gear shaft bushing (25582-54), 1x crankcase cam gear bushing (25597-36), and 3x idler gear and circuit breaker bushings (25785-30A). Replaces OEM bushing kit 25577-54. Fits 1954 to 1957 Panhead.
