When rebuilding a vintage transmission, precision is everything. These transmission clutch gear bearing rollers are an oversized version, measuring +.0004 inches over the standard size of .1562 by .615 inches. They are specifically designed for 1952 to 1956 K and KH models, as well as Sportsters from 1957 through early 1984. Using oversized rollers is a common practice to compensate for wear in the bearing races, ensuring a tight fit and smooth operation. These rollers are a direct replacement for OEM 9096. Please note that a full set typically requires 23 rollers to complete the assembly, helping you restore the mechanical integrity and quiet operation of your classic Ironhead or K-model gearbox.
