MCS cam drive gear spacer, .365 inch. Fits 1999 Twin Cam. Replaces OEM 25675-99. Sold as a pack of 5. Use it to set the cam drive gear end play and alignment. Wrong spacing lets the gears rub and whine. It will chew up the valve train in short order. Measure the end play and fit the correct shim. Keep the spares in your toolbox.
