About This Product
MCS sprocket shaft spacer fits Softail models from 2001 through 2002. It replaces OEM part number 24039-01A. This spacer sets the correct alignment between the primary drive and the engine assembly. Get it wrong and the belt or chain will wear prematurely. Fit this during any bottom-end or primary service. It locates the sprocket on the shaft and keeps the primary run true. Check the old one for galling before reusing it.
