Since the Sportster moved to a rubber-mounted engine in 2004, these isolators have become a key maintenance item for keeping the ride smooth. This front engine mount rubber is an OEM-style reproduction that fits 2004 to 2022 XL Sportster models and 2008 to 2012 XR1200 models. It is designed to replace OEM 48463-04 and 48463-04A. These mounts are essential for dampening the vibration of the Evolution engine before it reaches the frame. Most bikes require two of these for a full front-end refresh, though they are sold individually. This isolator provides a cost-effective way to maintain factory-level comfort and ensure your engine stays exactly where it should be during hard acceleration and cruising.
