About This Product
When it comes to maintaining your vintage Harley, these organic brake pads from MCS offer a dependable and rotor-friendly solution. Sold as a pair, these pads are ECE R90 approved and provide a very predictable stopping power that is ideal for cruising. Because they use softer materials like aramid, they are much quieter and less likely to cause galling on your brake rotors compared to harsher sintered alternatives. These fit the front of 1973 Sportster and FX models, as well as 1972 to 1984 FL models. For the rear, they fit 1973 to 1980 FL and 1973 to 1983 FX models. While they produce a bit more dust and are slower to bite in the wet, they are an excellent, economical choice for the classic rider. They serve as a direct replacement for OEM 44135-74A.
