MCS idler gear for the timing chest. This is the direct replacement for the original factory part. It fits all 1937 to 1973 45" Sidevalve models, including WL and Servi-Car variants. It replaces OEM 25776-37 and is also listed as part number 971255. Excessive wear here causes noisy operation or timing issues. This gear is sold individually. Put it on the list for a full top-to-bottom engine restoration.
