MCS black voltage regulator and rectifier. This unit replaces OEM part 74518-99. It fits 1999 to 2003 Twin Cam Dyna models. The black finish blends with the factory tinware. It bolts on in place of the original. It regulates charge back to the battery and stops the system from overcharging. Fit it, check your voltage at the battery with the engine running, and ride.
