These Manley lower valve spring collars are a great upgrade for 1957 to 1985 Ironhead Sportsters. Sold as a set of four, these collars feature a low-profile design that provides an additional .050-inch of spring travel, which is often necessary when installing high-lift cams. They are manufactured from special heat-treated chromoly and finished with a black oxide coating for superior durability. These precision-engineered components are designed to fit OEM springs as well as Manley and most other aftermarket valve springs. They offer a significant installation advantage for builders looking to optimize their valvetrain geometry and prevent spring bind in vintage Sportster heads.
