About This Product
The MCS hydraulic tappet de-activator kit converts 1984 to early 1985 Evo Big Twin hydraulic lifters to solid units. You get four de-activators in the pack. They replace OEM 18500-84. Once fitted, you must run adjustable pushrods and set your clearances properly. These suit aggressive cam profiles where solid lifters are preferred.
