This is the Burly high bar cable and line extension kit. It fits 1997 to 1999 Road King and other Touring models. The kit suits 18-inch apehanger handlebar conversions on older Touring bikes. You get the extra length in extended throttle cables, clutch cable, brake line, and wiring extensions. The cables are black. Sold as a kit.
