BDL cam end adapter for the 515186 BDL cam cover. Fits 1999 to 2017 Twin Cam models converted to gear-driven cams with the BDL cover. This adapter supports the cam end and keeps it aligned inside the BDL housing. Fit it whenever you have the cover off.
