If you are running a Primo belt drive on a 1998 to 2007 model and want better engagement, this BDL "Balls" clutch pressure plate is the perfect upgrade. It is designed to retro-fit Primo drives that originally used a diaphragm spring. This kit replaces the standard pressure plate and diaphragm with BDL’s centrifugal lock-up design, while conveniently reusing your existing Primo retainer and bolts. The steel balls within the plate provide increasing pressure as RPMs climb, giving you a lighter lever feel at idle and rock-solid grip at high speeds. It is a smart way to modernize an older belt drive system. This is sold as a kit.
