About This Product
Gardner-Westcott gas tank mount kit with chrome-plated Allen head bolts and nuts. It fits 1957 to 1971 XL Sportster. These fasteners replace the original tank mounting hardware on early Ironheads. The chrome brightwork tidies up the top of the frame where the tank meets the steering head. Check the clamping load so you do not distort the mounting tabs. Use a calibrated torque wrench and inspect the threads in the frame before fitting.
