About This Product
This Cometic cam cover gasket is a premium sealing solution for 1999 to 2017 Twin Cam engines. It is made from .060-inch thick Aluminum Foamet Material (AFM), which features an aluminum core with a chemically blown nitrile rubber layer bonded to both sides. This advanced material provides 85% recovery and excellent torque retention, meaning you do not need to worry about re-torqueing or using messy silicone beads. It is a high-performance replacement for OEM 25244-99 and 25244-99A, capable of withstanding temperatures over 122°C. It is the best way to ensure a leak-free cam chest after a cam swap or routine inspection, providing a professional seal every time.
