About This Product
When you are fabricating custom sheet metal parts, you need a pair of snips that won't chew up the edges. These 230mm compound action tin snips from Bessey are optimized for straight cuts and right-hand curves. They feature extremely compact cutter heads with partially countersunk screws to prevent material damage during precision work. The blades are hardened to 61 HRC for long-term durability and can handle sheet metal up to 1.2mm thick. The compound lever design means you get more cutting power with less hand fatigue, aided by an ergonomic anti-slip handle. These are designed for soft metals and steel sheet only. This universal tool is sold individually and includes a protective stainless spring cover and a convenient locking latch.
