About This Product
This accelerator pump from Drag Specialties is a critical replacement part for Bendix carburetors found on older Harley-Davidson models. The accelerator pump is responsible for delivering a quick shot of fuel when the throttle is opened, preventing hesitation and ensuring smooth acceleration. Over time, the internal seals and diaphragms can wear out or harden, leading to poor engine performance and flat spots during throttle transitions. This high-quality replacement restores the proper function of the carburetor's enrichment circuit. This accelerator pump is sold individually.
Manufacturer part number: 012619-HC3.
