The CVP Deluxe Tuners Kit is widely considered the most complete recalibration kit available for the Harley-Davidson CV carburetor. This specific kit is designed for 1990 to 1999 Evolution Big Twin models. It features a custom-designed needle, a performance slide spring, and a unique vortex emulsion tube that enhances fuel atomization for smoother power delivery. Unlike the standard kits, this Deluxe version includes the EZ-Just idle mixture screw, allowing for easy finger-tip adjustments without tools. You also get a selection of idle and main jets, plus stainless steel float bowl hardware and comprehensive tuning instructions. Sold as a complete kit, it provides everything required to transform the performance and throttle response of your Evo's carburetor.
