About This Product
The Eastern cast piston kit is +.010-inch oversize for 1986-2003 XL883 Sportsters. It is a cast replacement with 9:1 compression. The kit includes pistons, wristpins, clips and Hastings rings. Cast runs a lower expansion rate than forged and costs less than OEM. The +.010-inch bore takes care of light cylinder wear. A mechanic must check compatibility before fitment. Run a standard break-in to seat the rings.
