About This Product
The BMC Red Filter is a replacement air filter element for 2008 to 2012 XR1200 models. It replaces the OEM paper filter. The construction uses metallic mesh and multiple layers of oiled cotton. It traps impurities down to 7 microns. It flows more air than the standard paper element while keeping the engine clean. It is washable and reusable. Precision-made in the EU. Fit it to stock or modified engines.
