The Miller Nebraska II slip-on muffler set offers a complete blacked-out exhaust solution for 2017 Twin Cam Dyna Low Rider 103 models. Sold as a set, these 85mm diameter mufflers are finished in heat-resistant matte black stainless steel with matching standard style matte black billet aluminum end caps. Made in Germany, this system is Euro 4 compliant and includes catalytic converters for full street legality across the EU. It provides a deep, unmistakable Harley-Davidson sound and a performance boost of 2 to 3 horsepower and 3 to 4 Nm of torque. These mufflers are compatible with stock head pipes for a quick installation and require no ECU remapping. All necessary hardware is included, and the dB killers are removable for maintenance.
