When installing or servicing a 3-inch open primary, having the correct fasteners is non-negotiable for safety and alignment. This BDL mounting hardware kit includes the specific bolts and fasteners required for 3-inch electric start belt drive kits. It is designed to fit 1986 through 2006 Softail models as well as 1982 through 1994 FXR models. Because open drives are subject to significant vibration and torque, using the proper grade and fitment of hardware is essential to prevent components from backing out. This kit is sold as a kit and provides the peace of mind that your motor plate and starter housing are secured exactly as the engineers at Belt Drives Ltd. intended.
