About This Product
Colony 1/4-20 nylon insert lock nuts. The nylon insert grips the bolt threads and stops the nut backing off under vibration. These are steel with a bright chrome finish. Thread pitch is 1/4-20. Check your thread pitch before ordering. Torque to the correct clamping load for the thread size. Do not reuse a lock nut once removed because the nylon insert loses its grip. Sold as a pack of 10.
