About This Product
This Athena top end gasket kit is designed for late 1979-1984 Harley-Davidson Shovelhead engines with a 3-1/2" bore. The kit includes 1mm (0.040") Blue PTFE coated paper cylinder head gaskets, 0.75mm (0.030") reinforced fiber cylinder base gaskets, fiber reinforced paper rocker cover gaskets, and all further gaskets, seals and O-rings for a thorough top end rebuild. Replaces OEM 17034-78. Precision cut from quality materials, these gaskets deliver reliable sealing across Shovelhead operating temperatures.
