The EMD Billy Boy primary cover is a tribute to the iconic 'Captain America' and 'Billy' bikes from the 1969 film Easy Rider. This black cast aluminum cover mimics the look of early tin diamond primaries but with modern durability. It fits 1989 to 2006 Softail models equipped with forward controls. For 1989 to 1993 models, the large diameter starter shaft bushing is already pre-installed. If you are fitting this to a 1994 to 2006 model, you will need to install the smaller diameter bushing, OEM 33446-94A. It is designed to use your stock mounting hardware, though you will need to grab a new gasket. This is the perfect piece for a vintage-inspired chopper build that demands a rugged, old-school aesthetic.
